Soulful Studio Policy
1. Class Registration:
• All classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.
• Walk-ins are welcome if space permits, but checking availability in advance is advised.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
• Payments for classes are non-refundable.
• In case the instructor cancels the class, an alternative session will be arranged to make up for it.
• Kindly inform 24 hours earlier about class cancellations. No-shows without prior notification will also result in the loss of the class pass.
3. Payment and Refunds:
• All class packages and memberships must be paid in full before attending the first class. Partial payments or post-class payments are not accepted.
• Class passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Workshops and special events are non-refundable unless cancelled by the studio.
4. Arrival and Class Etiquette:
• Enter the studio from the garage door, remove your shoes outside, and then come in silently.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to allow time to settle in.
• Late arrivals will not be permitted, as this disrupts the flow of the class.
• Kindly leave your bags and mobile phones outside the practice area.
• Maintain silence or minimal conversation to preserve a peaceful environment.
5. Health and Safety:
• Inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or special requirements before the class begins.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of participating. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
• Soulful Studio is not liable for any injuries that may occur during practice.
6. COVID-19 Precautions:
• Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and props. However, sanitized mats and props will be available for those who need them.
• Please observe personal hygiene and sanitize your hands upon entering the studio.
7. Personal Belongings:
• Soulful Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your valuables secure or leave them at home.
8. Workshops and Events:
• Pre-registration is mandatory for all workshops and special events. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If a workshop or event is cancelled by the studio, a full refund will be provided.
9. Studio Closures:
• Soulful Studio reserves the right to close for holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any closures will be communicated via email, text or social media
10. Respectful Environment:
• Soulful Studio fosters an inclusive and respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
