Headstand (Sirsasana)

Step 1
Kneel, place your forearms on the mat, and interlace your fingers to create a stable base.
Step 2
Place the crown of your head on the mat, tuck your toes, lift your knees, and walk your feet toward your elbows. Engage your core and slowly lift both legs up toward the ceiling.
- Avoid if you have neck, back, or shoulder issues.
